Instant Bond Ultimate All-Purpose Glue

Titebond Instant Bond Ultimate All-Purpose Glue pens provide outstanding bond strength in the form of two formulas; THIN & THICK. Both formulas are strong, durable and great for interior and/or exterior use. The “thin” formula fills small cracks and is ideal for wicking/coating, while the “thick” formula is best for vertical applications and gap filling. Both pens have a precision applicator which is user-friendly and outputs less waste and mess. Instant Bond pens are sold in blister-packs; two pens per pack (one thin and one thick pen per pack). They are excellent for common substrate use including; wood, plastics, glass, leather and stone; in addition to, home repairs, unique woodworking applications, crafts and more!

Wear gloves to avoid skin contact and protect work area from spills. Bonding surfaces should be clean and dry prior to adhesive application.

Application Temperature

-65 to 180°F (18.33 to 82.22°C)

Set Time After Glue Application

Thin 15-25 second set time Thick 25-40 second set time

Required Clamping / Press Time:

30 seconds. Longer is better.

Curing Time

Handle in 30 minutes. Full cure in 24 hours.

Minimum Required Spread

One drop of glue applied to one of the two surfaces being bonded (one drop per square inch).

Method of Application

Plastic bottle with nozzle for fine application.


Wet adhesive can be removed with a dry paper towel. Dried glue can be scraped or sanded.

If nozzle clogs, clear with pin. Designed for interior/exterior use; however, bonded items should not be exposed to continuous water submersion or placed in a dishwasher, microwave or oven. Not recommended for polyethylene or polypropylene plastics. Test on glass surface before use.
WARNING: EYE IRRITANT. CONTAINS CYANOACRYLATE. BONDS SKIN INSTANTLY. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Vapors may be irritating to eyes, nose and throat. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN AND ANIMALS. FIRST AID: Skin: Soak in warm soapy water and gently peel off adhesive; avoid excessive force to free bonded area. Eye: Do not force eyelids open. Flush with warm water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Inhalation: Use in well ventilated area; if inhaled, remove person to fresh air. Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Immediately contact a physician. If lips are bonded together, use warm water to gently separate. Get medical attention if complications occur from any product exposure.
